It started snowing here yesterday afternoon and we woke up to a winter wonderland. I don't think I will ever get tired of looking at freshly fallen snow - epecially this kind that sticks to the trees and looks so fluffy and white.  The sun is out today and the sky is blue and I find myself looking out the windows as much as I can.   The weather reports say we got about 8.6 inches of snow for the 5th highest amount in recorded history.  I know that does not impress anyone in the snowy parts of the country, but it is a rare treat for us.
