I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  We need to be thankful for so many things!  First of all, I had a wonderful holiday here, with my younger daughter and son-in-law spending the long weekend with us.  The weather was perfect , the food was delicious, and I spent some time riding my horses.  Having my daughter here (since she is the other "horse person" in the family) always motivates me to do that!  We managed to get my laptop successfully interacting with my embroidery software and that was a great thing right before the holidays.  My other way to use my embroidery software involved moving my printer, sewing machine, etc. from room to room - not easy!  Also, a sigh of relief from me.  The afghan that I needed to complete for my daughter and son-in-law finally was completed and I was able to give it to them.  Now, we will all start to think about Christmas.  The first Christmas party I will be attending is just three days away...
