I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day.  Take time to remember all those who fought for our freedom in one way or another and all those who came before us while we spend time with family or friends.  This has been a busy and confusing week here at my house.  I had a garage sale here last Saturday and worked really hard to get ready for that and then came a week of appointments - I had a dental appointment and multiple doctor visits.  Also, my 10 year old Golden Retriever, Crystal, had surgery on Wednesday which was my husband and my 37th wedding anniversary.  We will go out to do something special for our anniversary over the weekend.  This is the third time in 6 months that Crystal has needed to have lumps removed.  We will wait to see what the lab results show this time.  Meanwhile she is resting a lot and enjoying her opportunity to "order food from the menu" - unless it is one of her favorties, she is not bothering to eat it!
